Lady Kola breaks record with 100.7k TikTok followers

Lady Kola makes history as the first South Sudanese celebrity to hit over 100K followers on TikTok, expressing gratitude and excitement for reaching the milestone amidst a list of top-followed musicians in the country!

Singer Lady Kola has achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first South Sudanese artist to amass 100.7k followers on TikTok, solidifying her position as the most followed musician on the platform.

TikTok is a social media app dedicated to short-form videos created for and consumed by users. The content format lends itself to entertainment and comedy, according to Investopedia.

In a joyous TikTok video, Lady Kola expressed her gratitude, saying, “ShankarA family, oh my God…! Get what…100,000 followers fi TikTok! So pleased, I am so lucky, I feel loved. I am so lucky for being the first ‘female male’ artist [in South Sudan] to reach that number in TikTok.”

As the leading artist, Lady Kola outshines other musicians, with Slatine Pro securing the second spot with 98k followers, followed by Alijoma Mabil with 78.5k. Rapper Papa Lee and Singer John Frog claim the fourth and fifth positions with 68.2k and 56.8k followers, respectively.

The list continues with Singer Macco Bwoy in sixth place with 46.1k followers, Wiz Brown in seventh with 36.7k, Marko Atem in eighth with 30.7k, Khim Swaqq in ninth with 28.0k, and Juna De Star rounding off the top ten with 15.8k followers.
